Frame Rates:
No problem here, I htink its around 25 - 30 fps

Detail:
The route detail is excelent. User can create life-like screenshots almost anywhere.

Scenic Quality:
Not explored this route in Suveyor, but from the cab looks perfect.

Railroad Operation:
I'm not rivet counter and not eating Railroad operation rules at lunch,so I can't say if this layout is realistic or not. But from my point of view I like it.

Over All:
I'm satisfied with this route.

One idea: what about to place a video of each route on Your site? Video showing features and atmosphere of each route is far better than few screenshots.

Frame Rates:
fps in high detail areas (scenery, grass, buildings) drops to single digits. Otherwise in the 20's to 30's
.

Detail:
Excellent detail but fps deterriorates severely in high detail areas. Also, I usually need to re-arrange some buildings. At times they seem to be haphazardly placed, with bridges and overpasses blocking roads and tracks. Also, buildings
often are not aligned with the streets - they seem to be simply dropped into place and left where they fall, sometimes on the sidewalks or on the streets.

Grogstop- Bbuildings are placed less carefully far away from the railroad lines. As the route is meant to be viewed track side.
The above bug has been located and will be dealt with in a patch. Thank you for letting us know!
Scenic Quality:

No complaints about scenic quality. Excellent in capturing the flavor of the area. Artistic and imaginative.

Railroad Operation:
RR operation is not a priority with me. I add interactive industries wherever I want them. For me, that's part of the fun - modifying the route. Everything I do is AI. I'm not into cab mode or intricate switching manuevers etc.

Over All:
Nice route, more like this one would suit me fine. Less detail in the low frame rate areas would help.
