Trainz Eastern Routes

The Youngstown and Southern Railway, a smaller interurban railways in the state of Ohio; The Y&S ran between Youngstown, Ohio and the Ohio River at Smith Ferry, Ohio.
YS served several coal mines in the area.
A most notable feature was its electrified mainline, that was home to freight traction locomotives, trolleys and high powered steam locomotives.


This route has something for everyone, so step back in time with us to the golden years of steam and interurban railroading.
